are moving to
paperless billing.

Why are we doing it?
Several surveys state that 80% of individuals and 88% of
businesses now have
an e-mail address. That being said we all now have the resources to make
this
work. Getting your invoices and statements by e-mail is a more efficient way of
doing business
because you get your billing information from us more timely.
Of course it is also better for the environment because
it uses less natural
resources to produce the documents.
How will paperless billing work with City Plumbing &
Electric?
When you come into one of our locations to pick up
something you are actually
handed a paper invoice at that time. If you like having
your invoices on paper
then this is the copy you should retain and use. If we
deliver you will receive your
invoice by e-mail or regular mail in some cases. When getting your invoices by
e-mail you will
receive an e-mail each morning of what you purchased the
previous day. No more waiting for
your invoices to come in the mail! On the
25th of each month you will receive your account statement in your
e-mail.
If I need a copy of an invoice how do I get it?
When you sign up for paperless billing on our website you
will also be signing
up for customer access to the cpesupply.com site. On our site you can go to
the My Account section and get a copy of any of your invoices by invoice
number or PO number that are on your account.
How can I get a copy of my statement or find out my
account balance?
Again, with your customer access to our website you will
be able to view the
balance on your account. If you need a copy of your statement you can also
contact
us to mail you a current one anytime.
What else can I do on the customer website?
You can view open orders or quotes, past purchased
material, product
information and stock availability. You can also place
orders online to
pick up at our stores or have delivered to you.
Can I pay my bill online?
Absolutely. Within the My Accounts section of the
website you can click on
Make A Payment and do that using a credit/debit card or by a direct draft
from your
checking account if you have a linked Paypal account.

What if I need a signature copy or proof of delivery on
a purchase?
Signatures for material picked up at our sales counters
or showrooms have
a signature embedded on the invoice. If your material was delivered on one
of our trucks you can contact us and we can e-mail you a signature copy.
Do I need to purchase any special software to view the
documents
you will send by e-mail?
No. All documents sent to you open with Adobe
Reader which
available for FREE. If you don't have Adobe Reader you can
